Rocks, Ice
Mixing Glass: Ginger slice, muddle the ginger.
INGREDIENTS:
1 slice Fresh ginger
After muddling the ginger fill the mixing glass with ice and add the remaining ingredients below
1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
2 oz Pineapple juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a Lime wheel
