This is a Martini served with a cocktail onion garnish instead of an olive. It can be ordered up or on the rocks.
Rocks glass, ice or use a mixing glass
Pour 1/8th oz dry vermouth over the ice to help it blend with the gin
1 ½ oz Gin
Garnish with onion
Vodka Gibsons are also popular.
