There are several variations of this recipe. Go to Hawaii and you’ll find a slightly different recipe wherever you order it. To get this memorized QUICK, THINK: Piña Colada with ½ oz of Blue Curaçao added.

This is the original Trader Vic version of the Blue Hawaii:

Glassware: Blue Ceramic Trader Vic “Louis B Ceramics” Seahorse Mug¹
Method: Shake and StrainIngredients:
1 oz. Silver (Light) Rum
1/2 oz. Blue Curaçao
1 oz. Cream of Coconut Syrup
3 oz. Pineapple Juice, Unsweetened

Garnish: Orange Slice, Cherry, Mint Sprig

NOTE: This drink also has ingredients very similar a Pain Killer with the addition of Blue Curacao!

Mixing Method: Shake and Strain
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. Sour Mix

Garnish: Pineapple Wedge and a Cherry (Armored Butterfly)
