The Golden Cadillac is a really cool old cream drink. More frequently today when we hear “Golden” or “Cadillac” behind the bar we’re going to be making some version of Margarita. This drink is a cream drink though.
Cocktail, glass, chilled
Mixing Glass / Ice
½ oz White Creme de Cacao
½ oz Galliano
2 oz heavy cream or half & half
Shake hard 10x and strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
No garnish
