Mixing Method:  Build in Glass and Stir

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka¹ 
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Heavy Cream

1. NOTE on White Russian vs. Black Russian – SOME bartenders will reduce the amount of Vodka to 1 oz. because the Heavy Cream adds a half ounce and “The Formula” for Rocks Drinks, they will tell you, is 2 ounces, so you have to pare the amount of Vodka down. Don’t do this unless the drink is also cheaper that way. A customer can always order a Black Russian and add a Half & Half to it to turn it white. Don’t insult your customer’s intelligence this way.[↩]
