Strawberry Daiquiri (Frozen)

Blender Cup, no ice yet!
add all ingredients to blender cup – THEN add ice.
1 1/4 oz (or house pour) Light Rum
1/2 oz of Strawberry Liqueur
3 Strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice 2
1 oz Simple Syrup
BLEND until Frozen
*Whole or Half Fresh Strawberry Garnish

  1. If you have no strawberries, double up on the Strawberry Liqueur[↩]
  2. If your bar doesn’t use fresh lime or lemon juice then substitute 2 oz of Sour Mix and leave out the Simple Syrup[↩]
