Tampa Bay Area Scooby Snack SHOOTER Version being ordered in 2020:

SCOOBY SNACK (SHOOTER)
Glass: Shooter or Rocks
Method: Shake/Strain
½ oz. Bailey’s
½ oz. Midori
½ oz. Malibu
Dash (½ oz.) Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Whipped Cream

Below, a second version of the Scooby Snack (recipe origin uncertain)

Cocktail Glass, Chilled
1/2 oz Creme de Banana
1/2 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Midori® Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Scooby Snack Mnemonic: In the case of either receipe, Scooby Doo was always dealing with ghosts and other things that went “BuMP” in the night:

B — Biley’s or Banana
M — Midori and Malibu
P — Pineapple Juice

Now remember the Whipped Cream on top.
