Collins Glass, Ice
1 ½ oz Old Tom Gin,
3 dashes of orange flower water
1 Egg White
1 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Heavy cream
Fill with SLJ
Shake hard 40x or Blend in a blender
Pour over ice and top with club soda
Garnish with a cherry
