Pisco Sour (1910-1920)

Glass: Coupe, chilled
Method: Shake Well & Strain using a Boston Shaker (glass and tin)1
Ingredients:
2 oz Pisco Peruvian Brandy
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 small egg white
* Garnish: Several drops of Angostura Bitters on top of foamy egg white.
