Margarita Cadillac (a.k.a. Cadillac Margarita)

Cocktail Glass or Rock Glass, either one with a salted rim.

NOTE: The salt is only to be on the outer rim of the glass and not inside. It is not an ingredient of the drink but to be licked by the tongue.

Mixing Glass, Ice. Add the following:
2 oz 1800 Tequila
¼ oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, or Cointreau
¾ oz Agave Syrup
1¾ oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Shake hard 10x, strain into Up glass or on the rocks
Float ½ oz Grand Marnier on top

Garnish with a generously thick lime squeeze garnish. The lime squeeze IS an ingredient of the drink and not for decoration.
