Footnotes 👇
- Rose’s Lime juice has gotten a very bad name in America, and part of the reason for this (though it is still not a horrible product here – but in America it’s made with high fructose corn syrup – a REALLY BAD IDEA!). Rose’s Lime Juice is an English creation. When made in England it is Lime Juice and pure cane Sugar. If you can get the English manufactured version, by all means, use it and be proud. If not? Well – it’s like anything else you consume. Lots of things are full of high fructose corn syrup.[↩]
