Glassware: Highball
Method: Layer over ice, build in glass.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Tequila
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Garnish: Lime Wedge

  1. The original Bahia is a Trader Vic creation. Trader Vic despised blenders and would not allow one in any of his bars. You may see other “Bahia” versions which are blended and don’t use crushed ice. Don’t use those recipes. All you’ll wind up with is Pina Coladas.

    TRADER VIC’S BAHIA RECIPE:

    3 oz. Pineapple Juice

    1 1/2 oz. White Rum

    1/2 oz. Heavy Cream or Half & Half
