Dalton Distillery in Georgia is making some mighty fine Moonshine. It’s not available everywhere yet, but I’d like it to be, and stick around for a while.
Spirit Review – TazaRay Sunflower Original, Whiskey Vault on Youtube
Today we taste and review TazaRay Sunflower Original.NOTE: (From me) One of the interesting things about the small “red wine barrel aged” spirit mentioned is that it can take the place of Sweet Vermouth. That is actually a great idea – Vermouth goes bad quickly, while this spirit aged in red wine barrels is 90 proof and will actually last for quite a long time on the speed rail and will not require any refrigeration. That’s a reason to buy it!
