Chilled Cocktail Glass
Mixing Glass, Up
1/8th oz Dry Vermouth
1 1/2 oz Vodka
STIR in mixing glass 7x and strain into chilled cocktail glass
NOTE: You must pour the vermouth over the ice in the rocks glass or mixing glass first. Vermouth is a fortified wine and doesn’t like mixing with liquor very well so by coating the ice cubes with the vermouth first it helps diffuse and dilute it a bit making it easier for it to mix with the liquor (vodka in this case) much more quickly and easily.
