Use a Champagne Flute, chilled

Fill half with orange juice (pour first)
Fill half with champagne.
A half ounce of Grand Marnier can also be added to the bottom of the glass prior to adding the orange juice.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry if available.

What a breakfast classic, the acidity of the champagne and orange juice cut through the heavy foods that are served for breakfast.
