The American Flag Shot (Pousse Cafe, Layered Shot)

American Flag Recipe One (Puts the red on the bottom and blue on top):
Glassware: Shotglass or Pony Glass 
Method: Layer in glass (no ice)

Ingredients:

• ½ oz. Grenadine
• ½ oz. Peach Schnapps
• ½ oz. Blue Curacao

American Flag Recipe Two (Puts the blue on the bottom and red on top):

Glassware: Shotglass or Pony Glass 
Method: Layer in glass (no ice!)

Ingredients:

• ½ oz. Blue Curacao
• ½ oz. Cherry Brandy
• ½ oz. Peppermint Schnapps
  
  Pour the liqueurs in this order into a shot glass or pony glass.

To layer, slowly layer the ingredients over the back of a spoon or over a cherry.
