I found the link to this (subscribed to) video in my eMail inbox and thought it would be worth sharing, particularly because of two things: Anders’ second version of the Singapore Sling, and his introduction to us of the two gins from Singapore.
Beneath this paragraph is a copy of the “more” information found below the hosted YouTube video, including all of the affiliate links, social media platform links, etc., etc. I’m not making anything from any of it, but if you want to follow him or buy anything he’s hawking and it helps you both out, terrific — I’ve done my job; it’s all here. 🙂
“Today I’m going to show you how to make not one, but two Singapore Slings! And I’m using two gins from Singapore to do it – how perfect is that? The Singapore Sling is a cocktail nobody can agree on. That’s because there seem to be countless recipes for this drink. It would help if we knew for certain the original recipe created over 100 years ago – but we don’t. What we do know is it’s a gin-based cocktail that fits right into the world of Tiki, and you can spin the Singapore Sling any way you like. Here’s two recipes I use, depending on my mood. Cheers!
