Three Storms Flip
1 3/4 oz Gold Rum
1 oz Falernum
1/4 oz Islay single malt peated
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cracked pepper
1 fresh egg
Shake and strain into a Nic and Nora glass
Fosbury Flip
2oz Jamaican Rum
3/4 oz Apricot Brandy
3/4oz Franjelico
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Orange juice
1/6oz Grenadine
1 whole egg
Shake and strain into cocktail glass
Double Back Flip
1oz Amaro Montenegro
1oz Cognac
1/3 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/4oz Laphroaig 10 or a peated whisky
1/6oz Sugar Syrup
1 whole egg.
